Companion Web Based Management System

The Risk Management Group, in conjunction with Mike Colborn Associates, provide a web based management solution 'Companion' for viewing and maintaining progress of your risk assessments.

In addition to risk assessments: asbestos surveys, audits, drawings, HR records and other documentation, including water hygiene, lift, fixed electrical installation and PAT records etc can be uploaded.

Secure access is controlled by the system administrator. The system is available seven days a week, twenty four hours a day on any internet connected computer and is hosted on a secure on-line server.

Once uploaded, any further visits, works carried out and other documentation can easily be added to ensure that progress and documents are acknowledged, secure and easily retrieved. Progress can be seen at a glance.

The Companion system offers:

All risk assessments, audits, surveys, HR records, any form of certification etc can be uploaded in hard copy or electronic format

A diarised format allows sufficient time to know when the next assessment is due with a three month notice warning

All outstanding issues are stand alone and can be seen by the authorised person for the Company/property.

• Appropriate for 1 site or more that one thousand sites, updating, viewing and reporting can be on an Area, Estate or Individual Property level.
• All assessments, surveys, audits, etc. can be uploaded from hard copy or electronic format.
• The system diary keeps track of when next assessments are due and provides a reminder service to ensure all users are aware of their responsibilities.
• All reports, issues and documents are secure and the system security ensures they can only be seen by the appropriately authorised person for that property.
• Real time compliance statistics, reminders and report uploads are displayed on an easy to read dashboard.
• Companion offers the facility to store site specific record drawings, plans and other documents.
• Companion assists conformance with quality, environmental and occupational Health & Safety management systems, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
